Question:	I've ordered Site2Go website builder, how long do I wait until I receive / have access to it?
Answer:	Once placing an order for Site2Go website builder, you will have access to your account within 24 hours after receipt of payment. However, it may take up to 48-72 hours for your new or transferred domain name to become "live" on the World Wide Web. This is time-frame is referred to as propagation, which refers to the period needed for all DNS servers around the globe to obtain and update information regarding your new domain (e.g., where it lives). You will receive a welcome email once the setup process is complete. Once your account is set up, you will be able to log into our Site2Go website builder control panel and create your site. All accounts are verified manually before setting up in order to avoid fraud and maintain the integrity of our servers for all of our customers. If you do not receive an email from us within 24hrs of signing up, please email us at support@mecca.ca. Please include your domain name and contact information in your email.
