Question:	Can I cancel my order? Do you offer a 14-day money back guarantee for Site2Go website builder account? Do you have a trial period?
Answer:	You will have 14 days after transaction date to decide if you want to continue with your website purchase or receive a full refund less a $15 administrative fee less any applicable handling fees. After the account has been active for 14 days, Mecca will provide partial refund of the hosting fee which deduct the following items: (Canadian $15 administration fee, any applicable cheque charges, 3 months hosting service fee). After the 3 months, no refunds will be issued. No returns can be made on special services, custom products or domain name registrations. Site2Go website contents are non-recoverable after account removal. No exceptions can be granted. We do offer a full-featured tutorial which will provide you a full walk through of all of the features available to you prior to purchasing this service. We will gladly answer any pre-sale question you have. Please make sure that any questions you have are addressed before you buy a web site.
