Question:	Why can't I create login IDs such as "info@", "john@", "webmaster@"...?
Answer:	Should you wish to setup login IDs as "info", "webmaster", "john", etc., and encountered an error message saying that these login IDs have been taken in our system, please then set these email addresses as "virtual email addresses". All you need to do is create a unique login ID and have these email addresses aliased to this unique login ID. You can still use "info@yourdomain.com" or "john@yourdomain.com", just that you are using other username/login ID when logging into our webmail or other third party email programs.
